New Ideas, New Options...

I have been thinking a lot lately about delving into the catering world!! I love cooking in quantity because it costs less. It also excites me because I have so many more options of things to cook if they don't have to be frozen and reheated later. I am not sure what types of occasions or how large a group I would feel comfortable catering for, but I am interested none the less. So if you are hosting a get together or you know someone who is, please pass my information along to them.

4.11.08 Menu Early Bird gets the Worm

Here is the menu for 4.11.08...orders must be in by 12 p.m. on Sunday 4.13.08 The early bird gets the worm is that the first 20 orders that come through will be done no later than Wed 4.16 and the second set of 20 will be done by 4.18. A confirmation email will be sent to tell you which group your meals fall into, and another email will be sent to let you know your meals are ready for pickup. Please refer to older posts for cooking directions for the meals you order. Also, since i will only be cooking every other week, if you need to have your meals space saver friendly specify this in your order and i will let you know what i can do and what the savings will be for different containers. As always, I hope you find something you like!!
