I'm Back...

I have been hearing from a lot of people how anxious you are for me to get back to cooking, and honestly I need to do it for my own home if for nothing else. We have had a great summer vacation together, I do not regret taking a break for one minute. I will mix in a few pictures so you can see what we have been up to...

I am posting the menu a little early, but since no one is really expecting me to start back up right now I wanted to give everyone time to get around to checking their email. We have a couple of MD appointments early next week, orders need to be in by Tuesday 8.18.08, so food will be ready for pickup on Friday August 22nd. If you have any questions feel free to email me at aimeejhenderson@bellsouth.net. Also please don't hesitate to pass the menu on to a friend or family member that you think might be interested in receiving meals.

Summer Break...

I have decided to take a break for the summer. I will resume cooking again in the fall, probably around the time that school starts back. I will still be cooking for my self and some of my friends so please feel free to email when you need something. I will keep some reserves on hand for emergencies and would be happy to cook a bit on the side. I just found that my total number of orders was going down, and figured people were busy and would probably be so all summer. So farewell for now.

I hope you guys are enjoying the summer, and had a great Memorial day weekend...we are back on track for cooking. I don't know about you, but I need to fill up my freezer, we are running low on the good stuff. It is making for a lot of impulse buy and eating out which is not easy on the pocket book. Hope you find something you like, I am doing stuff to add to my own frozen selection. Nutritional information will be available for the meals as well if you are interested. All oven ready.

The meals we get from Aimee's business have been a HUGE
blessing to me and my busy family. We are definitely around the dinner table more than before
thanks to the "home cooked/no effort to prepare" meals we get from her. I
no longer feel guilty about the lack of home cooked meals that I never
seem to have time to prepare since going back to work full-time. And I
have more time to spend with my family since Aimee has done all the work
for me. As if those benefits were not enough, the meals we get are
FANTASTIC and very affordable (cheaper than fast food even)! We have loved
everything we've tried and I think I am officially addicted to the
stroganoff! :) Thanks, Aimee, for getting us around the family dinner
table more often, for giving me some extra time for my family and for
saving us money.
